Synopsis
This article describes an issue where connection refused log shows "consider increasing queue_buffer_size".
Problem or Goal
After enabling Aptimizer on Virtual Server that is decrypting HTTPS, the connection logs are full of pending requests and the connections refused log shows "consider increasing queue_buffer_size".

The error logs are generating the following error and eventually the system crashes.

FATAL   zxtmswerror     childfatal      Child xxxxx hit FATAL at ASSERT FAILED
at webcache.cpp:2707
Cause
Solution
This is resolved by upgrading to version *10.0 or higher of the virtual Traffic Manager.

Note: Pulse Secure recommends upgrading to version 10.0R1 and above.

Background:

This condition can occur if Aptimize is optimizing the incoming Client pipelined requests and these become erroneously re-processed during the optimization. This may result  traffic-handling zeus ZXTM process crashing.
