Synopsis
This article provides guidance on accessing the Case Center at my.pulsesecure.net to create and manage support cases.
Problem or Goal
You have a technical support issue with a Pulse Secure device and need to open a support case.
Cause
Solution
  1. Go to my.pulsesecure.net and sign in.
  2. If you do not already have an account you will need to register for access.  See KB40031 - [Customer Support Tools] Onboarding at my.pulsesecure.net.
  3. Select Case Center from the available applications.
