Cause
This issue occurs due to the guacamole server is unable to trust the certificate used encrypt the traffic between the PCS internal port and RDP server/endpoint.”

The problem is applicable when all conditions below are met:
  1. Network Level Authentication (NLA) is enabled.
  2. Warn on certificate problem is disabled on the HTML5 bookmark
If Standard Encryption is configured on the HTML5 bookmark AND the RDP endpoint does not support NLA, this issue will not occur.
Solution
Pulse Secure is currently investigating this issue and will update the knowledge base article when more information is available.  To workaround this issue, enable "Warn on certificate problems" for all HTML5 bookmarks.  This option is enabled by default.

Requirements:

  • When NLA is configured, the administrator or end user MUST provided their username and password within the bookmark.  If this information is not provided, the NLA connection will fail.
