Pulse Secure is committed to providing support for customer written TrafficScript rules to identify bugs in the implementation of TrafficScript or its built-in functions, or other related defects in the virtual Traffic Manager (vTM) product. To pursue such requests for support, customers should open a
support case and provide the following information:
- Indicate the specific functions within their TrafficScript rules that may be malfunctioning
Pulse Secure will help look into the issue for a defect within the vTM product. At this time, the Pulse Secure does not provide support for writing and debugging of TrafficScript rules. If assistance is required for writing or debugging TrafficScript, please reach out to Pulse Secure Professional Services.
