This article provides step-by-step instructions how to create a certificate signing request for vTM.

Solution
To create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR), follow the steps below.
  1. Login to the vTM
  2. From the top menu, select Catalog

  1. Under Catalog, next to SSL catalogs, click Edit

  1. Under SSL Catalog, next to SSL Server Certificates catalog, click Edit

  1. Click the + icon for Create Self-Signed Certificate / Certificate Signing Request

  1. Fill out the certificate identity on all required fields.
  2. Click Create Certificate

  1. Once the certificate is created, click Export CSR / Sign Certificate

  1. Under Certificate Signing Request (CSR), copy the content and send this to a certificate authority (CA)
  2. When the new certificate is received from the CA, paste the base64 content in the box under Replace certificate
  3. Click Update Certificate
