This error message is triggered when the device certificate installed on the PCS does not match the certificate produced by the client browser which ends on cert hash validation failure.

Solution
To fix this issue, follow the below steps:
Check if Proxy server, load balancer or any other intermediate devices trying to push his own certificate to client browser instead of PCS original certificate
Ensure correct ports are mapped on the PCS for device certificate
