KB45258 - Issues with the Pulse Application Launcher when McAfee is used on a Windows User Machine

Synopsis
Problem or Goal
Users with a Windows user machine may face issue when attempting to upgrade the Pulse Application Launcher or when trying to log in to a server with a version Pulse Application Launcher higher than what they have on their device. This may be caused by McAfee more specifically the McAfee Endpoint Manager blocking access to files. One thing you may see is the following error below

We have found the below three files with directory path included and, being blocked by McAfee
   C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\x86\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
   C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\x64\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
   C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
Cause
Solution
To resolve this issue create exclusions in McAfee for the below three files
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\x86\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\x64\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Pulse Secure\PSAL\PulseApplicationLauncher.exe
