Disable the minimum client version enforcement either for a particular platform (Android Mobile Client OR iOS Mobile Client) or for all the platforms depending on your requirement.
Note: If you want to disable the enforcement for only one platform, you can keep it as empty and it shall not enforce the minimum version. For example, below is a configuration screenshot where there is no enforcement configured for iOS Mobile Clients: Workaround-2
-If all the users have upgraded to 22.x client, we can reconfigure the minimum client version to 22.x instead of 9.x. However, keep in mind that with 22.x set as minimum required version, all the prior pulse client versions such as 9.x will fail to connect. |
