This article provides details about the information needed to process a return merchandize authorization (RMA) request.

In order to facilitate your RMA, Pulse Secure needs the following information.

Note: Please checking shipping address with Google Maps

Device Information:

Install type [Lab, Demo, Production]:
Device Type (Model):
Part Number - (only if a separate part /module/card is being RMA'd. )  If multiple parts, include the part number and serial number for each part.
Part Serial Number - (only if a separate part is being RMA'd. Pulse Secure serial numbers are 16 digits long)

Reason for Return - (Be specific)

How long device was running before failure? - (As close as possible)
