This article provides details about the information needed to process a return material authorization (RMA) request.

Install type [Lab, Demo, Production]:
Device Type (Model):
Part Number - (only if a separate part /module/card is being RMA'd. )  If multiple parts, include the part number and serial number for each part.
Part Serial Number - (only if a separate part is being RMA'd. Pulse Secure serial numbers are 16 digits long)
 

Reason for Return - (Be specific)

How long device was running before failure? - (As close as possible)

Disclaimer: Providing this information when requesting an RMA can help Pulse Secure initiate the RMA immediately. If the above information are incorrect then it will hinder the shipment to be delivered on time.
