Instructions on how to add your SBR appliance to a Windows Domain
Problem or Goal
Need to have the SBR appliance* in a domain, but do not know how to add it to the domain.  This KB includes the steps on how to do so.

*This is for the current SBR appliance version: 5.4
  1. Log on to the NEWS interface by browsing to https://<IP or hostname>:3886 and signing in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Configure > Network > Domain in the Interface.
  3. Fill in the appropriate fields as follows:
    Appliance Name - Fill in the name of this appliance. This is whatever you wish to call it.
    Member of - Select the Domain option to join to a domain.
    Domain - Fill in the Hostname or IP address of the domain
    Name* - Fill in the name of a person with permission to join the domain. This must be in Domain\Username format*.
    Password - Enter the password for the username which you entered in the previous step.
  4. Click Accept Changes. SBR will than join you to that domain, and reboot the device.

* This is an import step that is often missed.
