You can completely remove all the files and folder associated with Network Connect before attempting to reinstall Network Connect.
Note: If a file or folder listed below does not exist, proceed to the next step.
- Navigate to Finder > Applications > Launch Network Connect
- Click Network Connect (next to Apple icon on the top left side)
- Select Uninstall.
- Under Finder Click on username > Library > Logs > Juniper Networks and Trash the Network Connect folder (Drag it and put it in Trash)
- Empty the Trash
- Reboot the MAC and launch Network Connect again.
