This article provides details how to remove Pulse Secure ActiveX component.

Solution
Go to
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
and remove the problematic Pulse Secure component and Pulse Secure SetupClient.
Go to
Control Panel > Internet Options > General > Settings > View Objects
and delete the JuniperSetupControl or PulseSecureSetupControl
