Synopsis

SNMP GetRequest does not return a response for all variables in the MIB file.

Problem or Goal

When sending a GetRequest using SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), specific variables in the MIB (Management Information Base) file do not return any results or give the following error messages:

No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

No Such Name Error
Cause
Solution

In the Pulse Secure MIB file, any OID (object identifier) labeled "accessible-for-notify" cannot be queried.  The following OIDs cannot be queried:

  • meetingUserCount OBJECT-TYPE
  • fileName OBJECT-TYPE
  • authServerName OBJECT-TYPE
  • blockedIP OBJECT-TYPE
  • meetingCount OBJECT-TYPE
  • logName OBJECT-TYPE
  • logID OBJECT-TYPE
  • logType OBJECT-TYPE
  • logDescription OBJECT-TYPE
  • ivsName OBJECT-TYPE
  • ocspResponderURL OBJECT-TYPE
  • fanDescription OBJECT-TYPE
  • psDescription OBJECT-TYPE
  • raidDescription OBJECT-TYPE
