When exporting the system or user configuration via
Maintenance >
Import/Export > I
mport/Export Configuration or
Import/Export User, the following error occurs:
The issue can also manifest itself with other symptoms in addition to the AD-4 export error, such as but not limited to:
- Unable to upload new ESAP packages
- Failure to archive or save logs
- Failure to generate system snapshots
- Receiving a 'The page you requested could not be found' error when clicking Roles
To determine if the other issue(s) are due to this problem export the configuration and see if the AD-4 error is reported. If the configuration exports correctly then please contact Pulse Secure support for further assistance.
