  1. Press the Menu button on the Android mobile device:

  2. Press Support Info.

  1. Select a method to send the log files.

In some instances, it will not be possible to get client logs, for instance, when provisioning fails to complete.  You may be asked in such a scenario to gather "logcat" logs.  These logs come from the Android operating system rather than Pulse client.  For more information, please refer to KB40336 - How to gather logs from an Android device for development review?
