Synopsis
This article provides step-by-step instructions how to collect logs for Pulse Mobile for iOS.

Cause
Solution
  1. On the iOS device, start the Pulse Secure app.
  2. From the bottom menu, click on the lifesaver icon

  1. Towards the bottom of the screen, click Send Logs

  1. Using the default mail client, the logs will be attached.  Enter the email address where to send the logs to.

Note:  If mail is not configured on the iOS device, the logs cannot be gathered.
