This article provides instructions on how to download software / firmware for Pulse Secure products using the Licensing & Download Center at my.pulsesecure.net.
Under Pulse Secure Centers, click on Licensing and Download Center.
You may be presented with a multiple account selection page. Along with the other accounts that you are associated with, you will see "Pulse Secure Download - San Jose" as another account. Select Pulse Secure Download - San Jose from the multiple accounts presented.
Note: Your Member ID is automatically associated to Pulse Secure Download - San Jose account to ensure that you have access to all software downloads irrespective of your entitlements.
From the Licensing and Download Center, click Downloads.
At the bottom of the screen, under Browse My Software and Documentation, click Pulse Secure.
In the column on the right, click the appropriate product.

For Product Lines that contain a suite of products, such as Pulse Connect Secure, select the desired product from the list.
Current Software versions are displayed by default.
To display versions not shown click the End of Engineering Releases tab.
Select a release.
Click "I Agree" to accept the Export Compliance agreement.
All images available for the release will be displayed.
Click the '+' button next to the package to view the MD5 signature.
To download multiple files at once using the Download Manager, select the files by clicking the check boxes next to the image.
If prompted, accept the prompts to download and install the Download Manager.
Select a location to save the files and click OK.
To download a single image, click the link for the software image.
