KB40033 - [Customer Support Tools] How to create a case from the Case Center at my.pulsesecure.net

Synopsis
This article provides guidance on accessing the Case Center at my.pulsesecure.net to create and manage support cases.

Cause
Solution
  1. Go to my.pulsesecure.net and sign in.
  2. If you do not already have an account you will need to register for access.  See KB40031 - [Customer Support Tools] Onboarding at my.pulsesecure.net.
  3. Select Case Center from the available applications.

  1. Select the "My Cases" tab to view all open cases for the customer account.  Closed cases can be viewed by clicking in the "All Open Cases" field and selecting "Closed Cases".  Cases are sorted by the date they were opened with the most recent displayed first.
