https://my.pulsesecure.net as a Support Partner, please follow the steps below to access the Knowledge Base, Licensing, Software Download Center, and Case Center.
Note:If you have already registered an account as and End User, you need to upgrade your account to a Support Partner account to gain access and make transactions on behalf of your end users. Please skip to step # 11
A Partner Access Code is required to register an account as a Support Partner. The Partner Access Code is different from the End User Access Code.
