This article provides sign-up instructions for partners who provide technical support to their end customers on behalf of Pulse Secure (i.e. PAR Support Contracts)

You need to register 

To register for an account on as a Support Partner, please follow the steps below to access the Knowledge Base, Licensing, Software Download Center, and Case Center.

If you have already registered an account as and End User, you need to upgrade your account to a Support Partner account to gain access and make transactions on behalf of your end users. Please skip to step # 11

A Partner Access Code is required to register an account as a Support Partner. The Partner Access Code is different from the End User Access Code.

Please contact [email protected] if you need a Partner Access Code.

Problem or Goal

  1. Go to
  2. Click Sign Up Now!

  1. Enter your first and last name with your business email address.
  2. Complete the CAPTCHA screen.
  3. Click Submit Application.

  1. You will be receiving an email that contains your temporary password.
  2. Click on the link included in the email and follow the instructions to set your password.
  3. Set a new password and confirm the password.
  4. Complete the captcha screen.
  5. Click Change Password.

  1. Once the password is set, login to the support site at 
  2. You will be presented with On-board Now option below.
  3. Click Onboard Now

   14.  Enter your Partner Access Code
If you do not have an access code, please contact your local Partner Account Manager or [email protected].

    15.  Review the Accept the terms and condition
    16.Click Next.

    17.  Enter your current business address.
Click Next.

The on-boarding process will begin and associate you with existing customer accounts and assets in Pulse Secure systems. Depending on the number of accounts and assets, this could take an hour or longer.  Once this process is complete, you will receive an email stating the process is complete.
