This issue is specific to Windows 10 Redstone.
How do I know if I am running Windows 10 Anniversary Update?

To determine whether you are running Windows 10 Anniversary update, run the "winver" program from the Windows Start menu. If the version states "1607" or later, then you are running Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
