To renew the Apple MDM certificate assigned to Pulse Workspace the same Apple ID used to created the original certificate must be used. If the password for the Apple ID was forgotten, please use the Forgot Password option at https://identity.apple.com/pushcert/
If the Apple ID and password cannot be recovered, please create a new MDM certificate using a new Apple ID. However, since the certificate is used to provision and manage devices with Workspace, all devices will need to be provisioned again with the new MDM certificate.
