To resolve this issue, confirm if Single Sign On is configured.
- Login to the PCS Admin UI
- Navigate to Users > Resource Profiles > HTML5 Access
- From the list of Resource Profiles, find the corresponding profile name and select the hyperlink under the bookmark column.
- Under Authentication - Single Sign On, configure Username and Password.
- Click Save Changes.
If configuring Single Sign On is not an option, then Standard RDP can be used as an encryption option under HTML5 Bookmark configuration. Under Other Setting, change Encryption to Standard RDP Encryption.
