Please refer to the following steps on configuring custom port for Windows Terminal services and HTML5 Access.
Windows Terminal Services :
- Navigate to Resource Profile > Terminal Services
- Click New Profile
- From the drop-down menu. select Windows Terminal Services
- In the Host field, enter the Hostname or IP address of the Terminal servers.
- Under Server Port, configure the custom port that need to be used
- Select the check box for Create an access control policy allowing Terminal Service access to this server
- Click Save Changes
- Select the corresponding user role
- Click Save Changes
Note: There was an issue reported with the Windows Terminal services failing to connect to the Terminal servers when using the Custom port after upgrading the PCS device to 8.1R7 and 8.2R1. The issue has been fixed in 8.1R8 and 8.2R2.
HTML5 Access:
- Navigate to Resource Profile > HTML5 Access
- Click New Profile
- From the drop-down, select Windows RDP
- In the Host field, enter the Hostname or IP address of the Terminal servers
- Under Server Port, configure the custom port that need to be used.
- Select the check box for Create an access control policy for HTML5 access
- Click Save Changes
- Select the corresponding user role
- Click Save Changes
