The article describes an issue where Windows Terminal Service (WTS) icon disappears on Windows 10 Anniversary (build 1607) and Creators Update (build 1703).
Problem or Goal
When using Windows 10 Anniversary (build 1607) and Creators Update (build 1703), end user will face an issue when accessing Windows Terminal Services through PCS device the terminal service icon will disappears when minimizing the terminal service window.
Cause
Solution
Pulse Secure has root caused the issue and the fix will be available in the following releases:
Pulse Connect Secure 9.0R2
Pulse Connect Secure 8.3R6
Workaround
Navigate to Task manager > Processes > Pulse Secure Terminal Service Client
Click on the connection to get the icon back on system tray
