KB41048 - [Customer Support Tools] Search existing licenses for Pulse Secure (vADC) products

This article provides step-by-step instructions how to search and find existing licenses for Pulse Secure (vADC) products.

1. Login to https://my.pulsesecure.net.
2. Click Licensing - vADC Products Only

3. From the left menu, click License Query

3. In the Key Serial Number field, enter the License Serial

4. Click Retrieve License Key
5. If a license is associated with the serial number, license information will be display on screen.  Click Save Key to save the license file.
