KB43016 - Right pane content is not loading when Microsoft Office 365 (OWA) is configured through rewrite engine.

Synopsis
This article describes an issue with Microsoft Office 365 (OWA) application where the content in reading pane is not loading via rewrite engine.
Problem or Goal
When end user is accessing their email using Office 365, the reading pane window will continue to display the loading screen.

Cause
This issue occurs due to multiple parser issues with the latest changes from Microsoft.
Solution
Pulse Secure is working to resolve this issue in the next maintenance release. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will continue to communicate any updates using the following article.

Workaround:

Once the rewrite filter is installed, modify the applied URL's for the filter to the following:
https://office.outlook.com:443/*fullExperience4B.min.js*
https://office.outlook.com:443/*application.js*
https://office.outlook.com:443/*telemetry.js*
https://office.outlook.com:443/*tokenprovider.js*
Note:
  • If using a private cloud or in-premise Office solution, the applied URL (office.outlook.com) may need to be changed. 
  • If rewrite filter357501 is installed, please disable or remove before applying filter358125.


If the filter does not resolve the issue, please gather the logs stated in KB40981 - How to capture web traffic using fiddler web debugging tool to help debug rewrite issues and attach the logs to a support case.
