KB43697 - Pulse Mobile client for Android behavior changes when On-Demand VPN is configured for the first time on the device

This article provides information about a behavior change for the Pulse Mobile for Android when On-Demand VPN is configured the first time. 

Once the On-Demand VPN profile is pushed for the first time, Pulse Mobile for Android will receive two new notifications:

1. On-Demand VPN notification
2. Connection Request notification

Note: Once OK is clicked, key icon will appear on the notification bar implying that Pulse Secure application is monitoring the traffic sent through managed enterprise APPs and will identify when to setup the VPN tunnel automatically.

Additional behavior changes:

• The Connect button will no longer appear for On-Demand connections.  For more information, please refer to KB43696 - "Connect" button is missing for VPN Connection in Pulse Mobile Client for Android.
• Only one On-Demand VPN connection is supported and other profiles will be hidden when On-Demand VPN is provisioned on a device.
