When the PCS admin attempts to delete an existing target from Maintenance > Push Config > Targets the delete operation fails with the following error:
"Failed to remove target <Target name>"
To resolve this issue, navigate to Maintenance > Push Config and delete any pending Acting As Source or Target jobs in the Results section.
