In Pulse client
Supported Platforms Guide
for 9.0R2, we do not support Ubuntu 18.10
Currently, Pulse Secure Desktop client does not support Ubuntu 18.X. Adding support for Ubuntu 18.X is tentatively planned for Pulse Secure Desktop client (Linux) for 9.0R4 release. (end of Q1 2019)
