This article describes about the Pulse Workspace issue where after the successful onboarding, applications are failing to get installed on the iOS devices.
Problem or Goal
Pulse Workspace policy is configured with iOS app’s. A problem is observed with application installation on the iOS devices. After successful onboarding, application's are failing to get installed on the iOS devices with the below error:
Error: The app "(null)" could not be installed.
Non Working scenario:
User-added image

Expected Behavior: After the successful onboarding, APP's should get installed successfully in the iOS devices and space state should be Up to date.

Working scenario:
User-added image

According to the Apple documentation ( the “iTunesStoreID” is not optional. Currently for the InstallApplication, Pulse WorkSpace does not send this attribute, instead we send Identifier which is the package name of the app.
Pulse Secure has fixed this issue in Pulse One 2.0.1834.1 release for both Cloud and On-Premises workspace solution.
