Synopsis
This article describes an issue with Pulse Secure Mobile client for iOS 7.1.2.78829 when user login through browser login and click VPN icon to launch Pulse Secure Mobile client. The Pulse Secure Mobile client will be stuck in connecting state.
Problem or Goal
On Pulse Secure Mobile client for iOS 7.1.2.78829 When users login via browser on iPhone and click on VPN icon, Pulse client will be stuck in connecting state :

Cause
This issue occurs due to a bug in the Pulse Secure Mobile client for iOS 7.1.2.78829
Solution
Pulse Secure teams apologize for the inconvenience cause. Pulse Secure teams will continue to update this article with fix release version and release timeline.

Workaround : 

Until a fix is available, Pulse Secure recommend implement below workaround:

Step1: Before launching the PCS URL via browser, launch Pulse client and click " Connect "

Step 2: Click "Cancel" on the Pulse Secure for Mobile client UI

Step 3: Login via browser and launch VPN

Pulse Secure Mobile client will launch and connect fine
