This article describes an issue where on iOS 13,HTML5 Access users are unable to interact with remote desktops using touch-driven mouse emulation.
Problem or Goal
After upgrading the iOS 13, HTML5 access users are unable to interact with the remote machine using the touch-driven mouse emulation.
This issue occurs due to too many scroll events generated by the guacamole.min.js script.
Pulse Secure is aware of the issue and is actively working towards a fix.This KB will be updated once we have an ETA on the fix.
