This article provides information if a microphone can be used with Windows Terminal Service.

Solution

Starting PCS version 9.1R9, the feature to connect microphone devices has been added.

In versions PCS version 9.1R9 and above, follow the below steps:

Access Terminal services > User roles
Enable the option "User can connect microphone devices"
