This article describes an issue where "Program dsdashsummary recently failed" continues to occur on Pulse Connect Secure and Pulse Policy Secure 9.0RX and 9.1RX.
Problem or Goal
After upgrading to 9.0RX and 9.1RX, the event logs will periodically state the following error message:
Program dsdashsummary recently failed
Cause
This issue occurs due to the memory allocated to the dashboard database crosses the predefined limit and causes a crash.
Solution
To resolve this problem, please upgrade to Pulse Connect Secure or Pulse Policy Secure 9.1R5 and above. (PRS-385747)
