While opening a case for ZTA issues on the customer case portal, it is beneficial to provide the Tenant ID for a faster customer experience.
To view the Tenant ID and open a support ticket for ZTA, you need to follow the below steps:
1. Log in to the Pulse Zero Trust Access Admin portal.
2. Click -> Administration -> Subscriptions
3. View the Tenant ID on the Summary tab of the Subscriptions screen.4. To open a case on ZTA, click -> Open a Support Ticket
You will be re-directed to the customer case portal.
