How to Capture Tenant ID to Open a Pulse Zero Trust Access (PZTA) Support Ticket?

This article explains how to capture Tenant ID to open a Zero Trust Access (ZTA) support ticket.  The Tenant ID will be displayed as a xx digit alphanumeric number on the controller in UUID format.
  • The customer support form for ZTA will include a field to provide the Tenant ID.  Providing the Tenant ID will enable the support engineer to fetch the device log details faster and help toward having a faster customer experience.

Problem or Goal
While opening a case for ZTA issues on the customer case portal, it is beneficial to provide the Tenant ID for a faster customer experience. 

To view the Tenant ID and open a support ticket for ZTA, you need to follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the Pulse Zero Trust Access Admin portal.

2. Click  User-added image  -> Administration  -> Subscriptions

3. View the Tenant ID on the Summary tab of the Subscriptions screen.

4. To open a case on ZTA, click User-added image -> Open a Support Ticket

You will be re-directed to the customer case portal.
