This article explains how to collect logs for Pulse Zero Trust Access (PZTA). The following logs are available on the Admin portal.

Solution
To view the logs that are available for Pulse Zero Trust Access (PZTA), follow the below steps:
1. Log into the
Admin Portal
using your login admin credentials.
Note:
https://<tenantsubdomain>.pulsezta.net/login/admin"
(where 'tenantsubdomain' is a placeholder for your company domain)
2. On the
Admin
Home page, click
Insights.
The menu pane will open.
3. On the menu pane, click
Logs
.
4. On the
Logs
page, the following options are available to filter the search results as desired:
Log Type
: Click the dropdown menu to select the desired type of log
Time Period
: Click the dropdown menu to select the desired time period to filter the log results
: Click to toggle between
Time Period
and
Time Range
to filter the log results
: Click to enable advanced filter and narrow the log results.
