Synopsis

Users are unable to access resources using JSAM on macOS clients

This article describes an issue where users are unable to access resources using JSAM on macOS clients.

Problem or Goal
Web resources configured using JSAM doesn't work/load as expected. Users will be allowed access to the root/default page. However, subsequent pages do not load
 
Cause
The specified client port is already taken/used by a different application
 
Solution
Please enable the option "Allow Secure Application Manager to dynamically select an available port if the specified client port is taken" under the specific SAM configuration for the resource.

Note: This option is disabled by default. As a best practice, it should always be enabled.
