To resolve this issue, please perform the following steps:
- If end users are using the web browser to launch Host Checker (standalone), please upgrade Pulse Connect Secure 9.1R10 and above.
- If end user are using Pulse Desktop Client only, please upgrade Pulse Desktop Client 9.1.10 and above
- If both Host Checker (standalone) and Pulse Desktop Client are utilized, then both Pulse Desktop Client and Pulse Connect Secure need to be upgrade to 9.1R10 and above.
Workaround:
Recommendation is to disable OS Check for Big Sur endpoints.
