KB44702 - Program Rewrite-Server Recently Failed Error Is Seen in Event Logs Post-Upgrade to 9.1R8 and above

The issue is only seen when the customer has Rewriter/Core Access functionality configured.
 

This is due to the code change behavior in 9.1R8 PCS firmware. The issue is specific to srcset crash issue.
It affects only some rewrite application.
 

The issue is fixed in the 9.1R11 PCS firmware code.

Workaround: Use the Filter attached to the kb which should resolve the issue. (filter394383.pkg.encrypted)
