When the users tries to access the PCS URL, we do not get a prompt for certificate to choose for either certificate check or certificate authentication.
It loops for a while and throws "No Cert" error.
Issue is applicable for following conditions:
1. Edge browser in IE mode on Windows 11 machine
2. Certificate check in the realm and role level.
3. Certificate authentication
NOTE: Certificate check works with all other browsers except for Edge in IE mode. There is no issue found with Pulse Desktop client as well.
