When launching JSAM and HOB applets, you may find that you are presented with this error:
"PSAL failed to launch JAVA Applets"
Subsequently, you will not be able to access the resources behind the configured JSAM access.
Problem or Goal
PSAM access will fail.
Cause
The cause for this is that the Java version in use on the endpoint is 8u351 or above. This version is not supported with JSAM on Pulse Connect Secure 9.1R16.x and below as well as Ivanti Connect Secure 22.2R2
Solution
For the time being, keep Java on a version below 8u351. This Java version will be supported in the following upcoming builds and beyond:
