Under a split tunnel, only the defined traffic will go through the virtual adapter, however, in the full tunnel the complete traffic will pass through the virtual adapter.
In order to convert the split tunnel to full, you would need to change the VPN tunneling option under the defined user role from 'enabled' to 'disabled'
Steps:
1. Under Admin GUI > Users > User Role > [open on the desired user role]
2. Navigate to 'VPN Tunneling' > Options > and Choose the split-tunneling mode to "Disabled"
3. Save Changes and initiate the connection from end user machine desktop client.
