Synopsis

How can I locate TSR file from a directory after generating Technical Support Report ( TSR ) from the WebGUI of PulseSecure Virtual Traffic Manager ?

 

Problem or Goal
Cause
Solution
TSR files generated from the WebGUI > Diagnostics > Technical Support > Manage Technical Support Reports, can be downloaded from the same WebGUI page.

Same files are accessible from CLI (SSH) user interface in following directory:

$ZEUSHOME/log/support-reports/

In the event the WebGUI is not available, TSR can also be generated using the command below from CLI. 

$ZEUSHOME/zxtm/bin/support-report case_12345.tgz

Note:  For TSR generated from CLI using the command above, the files will be stored in the same directory that you ran the command.
