Launching PDC via browser, PSAL gets stuck at Searching application launcher even after L3 Connection is established.
Problem or Goal
This article describes that after launching PDC via browser,the session hangs at "Searching PSAL" after L3 Connection is established,and Custom Sign-in page is enabled for the VPN Sign-in URL . :
Condition: > Custom sign-in page is configured for the corresponding VPN Sign-in URL and end-user is launching L3 VPN connection from browser VPN session. > This issue is observed in Windows 10 and Windows 11 version .This issue is seen independent of browser extension being disabled or enabled.
Resolution: Generate and upload the Custom sign-in page using the latest sample custom sign page ( sample.zip) available in R16 ICS. Workaround solution: Click 'Please click here to go back' on the PSAL search page when L3 VPN session is started.
