These are the steps needs to be done to allow PSAL on MAC OS Big SUR
1. Select [System Preferences] -> [Security & Privacy], then select the [Privacy] tab. 2. Select [Full Disk Access] to unlock it, check "Pulse Application Launcher", and then exit System Preferences.
