Synopsis
This article describes an issue where Pulse Client users are being disconnected when Host Checker Re-evaluation or Dynamic Policy Re-evaluation is enabled.
Problem or Goal
Pulse Client users are disconnected when Host Checker Re-evaluation or Dynamic Policy Re-evaluation is performed

This issue occurs if the following conditions are met:
  • End users are using Pulse Client embedded browser for authentication (SAML)
  • Host Checker Re-evaluation or Dynamic Policy Re-evaluation is configured to run at a specified interval
  • User certificate restrictions are enabled at realm level (Host Checker machine certificate checks are not affected)
Cause
Solution
Pulse Secure is aware of this issue and is working toward a solution. This KB will be kept up to date with further information.
