Cause
To Launch Pulse Diagnostic Tool(pdv) Windows 1. Navigate to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Pulse Secure\JamUI" 2. Launch the pdv tool
Mac 1. Navigate to "/Applications/PulseSecure.app/Contents/Plugins/JamUI/" and then Open pdv tool 2. Via Terminal "cd /Applications/Pulse\ Secure.app/Contents/Plugins/JamUI" Type open pdv.app
