Steps to configure connections for Pulse Secure client via iPhone Configuration Utility (iPCU) with Windows
  • After installation, open iPCU application.
  • From the top menu, click File > New Configuration Profile.

 
  • From the left pane, click General.
  • Under the Name field, enter a friendly name.
  • Under the Identifier field, enter net.pulsesecure.PulseSecure.vpnplugin


 
  • From the left pane, click VPN and click Configure button.
  • Under the Name field, enter a friendly name for the VPN profile.
  • Under the Identifier field, enter net.pulsesecure.PulseSecure.vpnplugin
  • Under the Server field, enter the fully qualified domain name of the Pulse Connect Secure device.
  • Under the User Authentication field, select the corresponding authentication method for the connection.


 
  • Once completed, using a lightning to USB cable, connect the iOS device to the PC.
  • From the left pane, select the iOS device under Devices.


 
  • From the Configuration Profile tab, select the corresponding VPN profile name and click Install.


 
  • On the iOS device, a prompt to Install Profile will appear. Click Install.


 
  • Enter the device passcode.



 
  • Click Install > Done.



 
  • Open the Pulse Secure client application. The connection profile will appear.
