Pulse Secure LLC is announcing the End of Life Notification (EOLN) for Pulse Secure Steel-Belted Radius (SBR) Enterprise and Global Enterprise software. Effective Dec 31, 2020, the SBR software products will enter End of Life (EOL) and receive limited support on a per-incident, non-contracted basis, at the discretion of Pulse Secure. The software release SBR EE/GE 6.2 has been declared End of Engineering (EOE) on May 23, 2019.
Effective Dec 31, 2020, it will be End of Life (EOL) with software images being removed from
my.pulsesecure.net Customers with active service and support contracts will continue to receive support from the Pulse Secure Global Customer Success (PSGCS) as per the terms and conditions of customers' service contract and Pulse Secure EOL policy.
